Learn how to activate and use the Asana app to create tickets from your conversations

Asana allows you to generate tickets from your clients' requests, without having to leave Zenvia Conversion.

With this App you can:

  • Create tickets directly from your WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram conversations

  • View and post comments on tickets

  • Receive notifications about changes in the tickets created from Zenvia Conversion

  • Review a history of tickets created and the details about each

How to Activate the Asana App

1 - Go to Apps and search for Asana.

2 - Next, you can choose which group to install the app for, then connect your Asana account in Zenvia Conversion:

You'll see the Advanced Settings page, where you can choose which change notifications you want to receive from Asana:

3 - Finally, click on on and save to activate the integration.

How to Use the Asana App

1 - To create a ticket, click on the (+) button in the conversation and then on the Asana app:

2 - You'll see a screen that will show you the history of tickets that have already been created and you'll see the option to Create new.

On this creation screen you fill out the ticket details with a title, a description, a priority tag, and add it to a list.

If you want, you can also share the ticket information with the client and assign it to a colleague by clicking the Add members option.

3 - Finally, click Create ticket. Once you have created the ticket, you'll be able to see it in the conversation with your client, in addition to seeing comments left by your colleagues:
