In any case, to proceed with the account cancellation, you need to fill out a complete form. This way, you will ensure that your request is properly forwarded to our team.
⚠️ Attention: The form must be filled out exclusively by the service contractor.
Please follow the steps below to request your cancellation:
Open the cancellation form, confirm your email, and choose the desired language.
Fill out each step of the form with the requested information, such as company details and personal information of the person requesting the cancellation, as well as indicating the main reasons for deciding to cancel your Zenvia Conversion account.
After completing all the information and accepting the terms and conditions, click the Submit button to finish your cancellation request.
This cancellation request via the form will open a ticket and our team will contact you within 48 working hours. After completing the process, it will not be possible to reactivate the account. To do so, a new subscription is required.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the information about your plan, but we may contact you by phone to validate any data.

⚠️ Attention: According to our terms and conditions, the cancellation request must be made at least 30 days before the renewal of your next account to avoid additional charges.
