To activate this function, go to Apps and choose the Google Drive app.
Before activating the app, you will have to configure each of the options as you prefer:
Show folders: Check this option if you want your agents to see Google Drive documents organized by folders.
Send folders: Choose this option if you want to be able to send folders as well as files.
Show only files that belong to me: Check this box if you want to send only files you own.
File type options
In this section, you can select the type of files you want to send. The options are:
- ALL FILES
- Google Documents
- Google Spreadsheets
- Google Presentations
- Google Drawings
- Google Forms
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
To activate the app, click "On" at the top right of the screen. Then select "Save".
- The app is only available for the desktop version of Sirena (for now).
- The file must be shared with the contact (or completely public) for you to access it once sent.
- You can share up to 10 files at a time.
- The files are sent as Google Drive links.
