Sirena allows you to see when a customer responds to a specific message, either with text, a file, or an image.

So far, the functionality has some restrictions:

  • You can only see messages quoted by contacts, they cannot be sent from Sirena (the WhatsApp API does not allow it).

  • Until further notice, this functionality will only be for the web version of Sirena.

  • Currently, it is not possible to see when the contact quotes their own message, but during the month of March 2021 this option will also be implemented.
