Sirena allows you to see when a customer responds to a specific message, either with text, a file, or an image.
So far, the functionality has some restrictions:
You can only see messages quoted by contacts, they cannot be sent from Sirena (the WhatsApp API does not allow it).
Until further notice, this functionality will only be for the web version of Sirena.
Currently, it is not possible to see when the contact quotes their own message, but during the month of March 2021 this option will also be implemented.
