Learn how to activate this integration and share a payment link in your conversations within Zenvia Conversion

To activate this app, follow the steps below:

1 - Go to Apps and click on the MercadoPago icon to start the integration:

Important: Our integration with Mercado Pago is only available for accounts created in the following countries: Note: Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Chile.

2 - Choose the group you want to assign the integration to and click Install:

3 - At this point, you'll need to log in to a session in MercadoPago. You'll be asked for a few permissions. Once you have accepted them, select On > Save:

Done! Now your agents can share the link in their conversations.

Note: To log in to the integration with Mercado Pago, you must use an manager account.

MercadoPago Reports

In the report you can see information about the generated links:

  • Waiting: generated links that the client has not yet paid

  • Rejected: operations that were refused

  • Sales: completed operations

  • Billed: total amount of sales generated via the system

Details by agent

In this table you can see the same information as in the general report but disaggregated by agent.

Payment link details

In this panel you can see in detail the date the link was sent, the agent who sent it, the status, the total amount, and the units sold in each link.

How to send a MercadoPago link to your clients

1 - Go to the "+" sign in the conversation in which you want to record the sale and click on the MercadoPago icon:

2 - You'll see a panel where you'll fill out the Item, Price, Quantity, and the Total Price:

3 - Click "Create and send". You'll see that the link appears in the conversation and your client can click and continue with the payment process.
