Visits

  • In the conversation, select the ( + ) icon > then, the "visits" icon:

Three statuses will appear:

Canceled: for those visits that you scheduled but did not happen.

Pending: for those you have already scheduled.

Done: to record that the client finally visited the salesfloor.

In all three cases, you must enter the date and time. You can also leave a comment. Press "Save" to confirm.

Test drive

In the event that you work at a dealership and what you want to record is a test drive, proceed as follows:

  • Go to the ( + ) icon again > press the car icon.

The same statuses will appear:

Canceled: for those test-drives that you scheduled but did not materialize.

Pending: for those you have already scheduled.

Done: to record that the customer finally did the test drive.

In all three cases, you must enter the date and time. You can also leave a comment. Press "Save" to confirm.
