This screen allows you to set an away message for all the agents who work in a particular group.
Click the pencil to edit. On the editing screen, you'll see three options:
Always send: choose this option when you want an away message sent every time a client send you a message.
Outside business hours: this is the message an agent can set to be sent automatically during the times they have set to be out of office.
Custom schedule: compose a custom message and set specific hours when it will be sent. This message will be sent only for the specific time period you choose.
