Welcome messages are an important first step to help your clients get information as quickly as possible.
To create your welcome messages:
Go to Conversational Channels and select your WhatsApp line or Facebook page.
In Zenvia Conversion Bots, select the pencil icon to edit your welcome message.
3. Compose your message and click "Save."
It's also important to set up a separate away message for when the agent and/or business is not responding to clients.
It is very important that there messages are not redundant and they clearly communicate the two different situations. For example:
