To find messages in your conversations with clients you have two valid ways.
On the one hand, you can search through all your conversations:
Go to "My Portfolio" and click on the magnifying glass at the top.
Once in the search bar select "Messages".
Enter one or more words and Sirena will find the results.
Tip: This feature is very useful for tracking how much a product is offered to a customer. Just write the corresponding word and you will see all the times that term has been mentioned.
You can also specifically search for a message within the conversation with a particular contact by clicking on the magnifying glass located to the right of the conversation.
