Each app can have a defined priority level with regard to other integrations. By default, the channels or apps have no priority ranking, so the order of service for contacts is based on the order of arrive (the first to arrive is the first to receive service).
To assign priority rankings to each apps:
Go to Apps
Select the integrations you would like to assign a priority ranking to (Ex: Facebook, incoming mail, form).
At the bottom of the page, look for "Optional Settings."
In "Priority" assign a number to the apps.
5. Click "Save" to finalize your selection.
