How to integrate Facebook Lead Ads and Instagram Ads

Learn how to integrate to receive your leads on Zenvia Conversion

Facebook Lead Ads make it easy to generate leads. People just need to tap on your ad on Instagram or Facebook to bring up a pre-filled form with their contact details, ready to be sent directly to you.

With the Facebook Leads app in Zenvia Conversion, every time a potential customer provides their information in one of your ads, it will be directly synchronized so that the sales team can act immediately from our platform.

To receive your Instagram Ads and Facebook Lead Ads in Zenvia Conversion, you'll need to activate the integration in our desktop app. For that, follow this steps:

1 - In the Apps, select the Facebook Leads icon and assign a group to the integration:

Then click "Install":

2 - Start a session using your business' Facebook account in the Zenvia Conversion app, this way you can choose the Facebook and Instagram pages you'd like to link to Zenvia Conversion.

3 - Next, you can select which forms from your publicity you'd like to receive in Zenvia Conversion. You can also assign the channel alternative names, both by user and by social network.

4 - Finally, click "Save" at the top right of the page.

If you are unable to receive leads correctly in Zenvia Conversion, try these steps:

1 - Directly access the Facebook page that is integrated with Zenvia Conversion.

It is important that whoever accesses the page is the administrator user.

To check if the user is the page administrator, access the page administration, and then in the left menu at the end, click on the option: Configuration → Page Functions.

In this option, you must verify that your user is an administrator of the page.

2 - It is possible that the page does not have the Zenvia Conversion platform enabled in the following application configuration. In this section it should appear as "Active" and within the "View and edit" option, all options must be checked.

3 - Then log out of Zenvia Conversion's Facebook Leads integration and log in again with admin user.

4 - When performing this login procedure, leave all options checked, do not uncheck any of them.

5 - When connecting the page, it is important that in the Facebook Leads integration, you check the following option:

Then, wait a few minutes and test again by submitting a lead through a form to verify that it already enters Zenvia Conversion correctly.
