How to contact the Support Team?

What to do if you can't find an answer in our Zenvia Conversion Help Center

The Support team is responsible for providing technical assistance, answering questions, and resolving specific issues related to our services.

On our platform, you will find a communication channel to quickly and conveniently contact the Support team.

If you have any questions for which you haven't found an answer in our Help Center, learn how to get in touch with Support:

On the desktop version, on your computer

Go to the left-side menu, click on the question mark, also known as Help Center, and then click on Support.

After that, a chat will open for you to submit your support request.

Through the app, on your mobile

Go to the bottom menu and click on Settings > Support to contact the Support team.

After that, you will be redirected to the chat to submit your support request.

You can also contact us via email at conversion.suporte@zenvia.com.

⚠️ Attention: Only users registered as Administrators in the Basic Plan and users of the Pro Plan have access to request assistance from the Support team. Trial Plan customers also don't have access to the chat, only support via email.
