1. First, go to "My Portfolio," choose a client and click the "+" icon at the bottom of the Screen. You'll see a bar appear with options. Click "Quote" or "Load Sale" as appropriate

2. A new screen will open. You can enter:

  • The main product and its value (e.g. car)

  • Extras (e.g. accessories)

  • Subtotals and totals

  • Additional comments.

3. If you'd like to add a discount or promotional price, click "Add" and enter a negative number in the "Price" field.

4. You should also select the appropriate status (rejected, pending, or sold).

5. If you're recording a sale, add the date.
6. Once you have selected the correct status, click "Save" to finalize the process.
