We designed an order of arrival for new customers in order to facilitate the process.

  1. Priority customers are those who are transferred by other agents or administrators, ordered by transfer date (the first to be transferred will appear at the top).
  2. After that, any customers that may have arrived from any channel can be dealt with. First will appear those that have been waiting more time.

IMPORTANT: managers are able to customize the order of arrival for leads and to establish priorities within their various integrations as needed. To do this, go to "Apps" on the side bar and select the integration that you want to configure.
