If you're not receiving notifications, first check that your phone is connected to the internet and that the time settings are automatic.

How can I check that my notifications are working?

For Android, you can find a "Send test notification" option on your profile.

In iOs we recommend selecting a client and scheduling a reminder for some time in the next five minutes. Wait to receive the notification. 

If the issue continues to happen, please uninstall Sirena app from your phone and install it again, making sure you allow Sirena to send notifications to your phone

Also, check that sound notifications are allowed, by going to you phone’s Settings, then Apps, then select Sirena and check if the sound notifications are allowed for the app

Computer:

Verify notifications are allowed in Sirena’s website by clicking in the URL bar, as shown in the next picture

Then, go to chrome://flags and set as disabled the option enable native notifications

Finally, you must clean cache, cookies and site data following the steps shown in this article, and after that you’ll receive notifications normally
