Sirena allows you to create groups  to organize and structure your business. Each group can also have sub-groups, creating a leveled tree.

Each Sirena user belongs to a certain group. The level of the group they belong to and their role within it determine what they can do and what prospects they can access.

In this example diagram we'll define the nomenclature generally used to describe the hierarchical relationship among groups. 

 

User Roles

Agents

Agents can:

  • Claim unassigned prospects that arrive at their group or ancestor groups.
  • List, view, edit, and interact with prospects assigned to them.

Managers

Managers can:

  • List, view, and claim unassigned prospects that arrive at their group, ancestor groups, or descendant groups. Transferring unassigned prospects implies implicitly claiming the prospect.
  • List, view, edit, and interact with prospects assigned to them. 

Administrators
Administrators have the same abilities as supervisors, and additionally are able to manage users, groups, and integrations with lead channels.
