In Sirena, a lead or is a piece of information that allows a salesperson to contact a potential client. To be useful, this information should include:
- Contact information
- Product or service of interest, depending on the industry
Salespeople can then use these leads to contact clients using Sirena's mobile app.
And a prospect?
A prospect or potential client can be recorded in Sirena in two ways:
- Through a lead, usually acquired via a marketing channel
- Manually by an agent, using the mobile app
It's important to understand that not all leads produce new prospects. Sirena can detect and condense duplicate leads into one prospect.
