When these emails are forwarded to Zenvia Conversion, our team has to develop a mechanism to extract information from that specific format. The mechanism is known as a parser.
This development can take up to 5 business days at the most, often this time can be reduced to as little as 24 hours.
This method of integration is not recommended as it can lead to errors and further complications over the long run.
IMPORTANT: If there have been changes in the format of these emails, several things can happen:
The lead may be entered into Zenvia Conversion with incomplete information
The lead will not be entered into Zenvia Conversion
This is due to the fact that the parser can't detect this change. Depending on the difficulty of adapting the parser, it may take up to 10 days to resolve this issue.
However, if you still want to add a custom parser to your integration, please contact our Support Team so that we can process your request.
Keep in mind that adding a custom parser is a feature only available for Pro Plans.
