Although it is not the recommended way to resolve most integration issues, Sirena is able to process emails with custom formats for each business.
When these emails are forwarded to Sirena, our team has to develop a mechanism to extract information from that specific format. The mechanism is known as a parser.
This development can take up to 5 business days at the most, often this time can be reduced to as little as 24 hours.
This method of integration is not recommended as it can lead to errors and further complications over the long run.
IMPORTANT: If there have been changes in the format of these emails, several things can happen:
The lead may be entered into Sirena with incomplete information
The lead will not be entered into Sirena
This is due to the fact that the parser can't detect this change. Depending on the difficulty of adapting the parser, it may take up to 10 days to resolve this issue.
However, if you still want to add a custom parser to your integration, please contact our Support Team at email@example.com so that we can process your request.
Keep in mind that adding a custom parser is a feature only available for Pro Plans.
How to receive leads from different web platforms?
Many platforms notify their users via email when they have a potential client or a question from a customer.
Taking advantages of these emails, Sirena can process the client information contained in them and load these prospects into our platform.
The only thing you need to do to connect these platforms is redirect the emails to the designated Sirena inbox.
Sirena supports the following email platforms:
Platforms from Chile
Platforms from Argentina
Platforms from Mexico
Platforms from Brazil
Jornal do Carros
ADF Format: Sirena can also process emails sent in Auto-Lead Data Format, which is exclusive to car manufacturers.
